Delivery and Method of
Delivery
Titam Safety delivers products exclusively on the territory of
Romania. The products will be delivered to the customer or the person
designated by the customer via a fast courier company to the delivery address
mentioned in the form.
The delivery, the method of delivery as well as the name of the
courier are mentioned in the electronic confirmation message.
The customer undertakes to receive the product or designate a
person to pick up the product from the courier. The product will be delivered
to the customer or to the person designated by the customer, and in their
absence, the courier is instructed by the customer to deliver the product to
another third party located in the space of the delivery address. In the latter
case, the customer expressly consents to the delivery of the product to another
third party at the delivery address, assuming that this third party has been
mandated by the customer to pick up the product from the courier.
The customer undertakes to pay the cost of the delivery of the
Product, namely the amount of 15 lei in the case of orders up to 199 lei.
